weee back!
DAMN FUN.

INSTEAD OF CLAIMING I WAS "MUGGING"!?
5 dae 4 nite camp
- everidae there is morning circle and sharings between everi few activity.
- also have "lessons" in between to learn above practical application/ examples of leadership styles/ qualities
- got my PEAKS profile thing =D
- was in watch " Rajaratnam"
4/91st dae was about self challenge limits and goals. did rock climbing after ice breaking and all the admin things.
sian din make it to top. but hm 1st dae pace was abit slow. nt so interesting? but at least got make new frens =D
started tokin to miowde. den hm nxt dae was buddy challenge.
5/9BUT b4 tt. was the 555am flag raisin followed by PT. the PT is SUPER FUN. got games =.= and i dun get how the instructors can come up wif games tt r physically challengin and yet can make everione happi EARLI in the mornin.
buddy challenge was kayaking expedition. just a short one to a close island make a round around it and tt go back.
nxt challenge was pole climb! yay this one finish climb to top! wa veri nice ._. but hm still abit scared of heights =X
but nvm made it up there den went on to try nxt challenge. Triple - D [ Nut Cracker ] this one oso fail. veri scary standin up on poles above gravel ground ( personal limitation =0 )
but made it up to close to half? to me it was still an accomplishment
6/9dae of team challenge. watch was split into two parts
plaed a few team buildin game stuff to learn more about the difficulties of having diff personality in a group and understand the roles everione can take. the games were entertainin =D
den it was land expedition T.T wa this one was a veri disappointin thing for me. but i think i can b at a bit of blame since i lead the team into the un used trial =.= and end up cannot get to our checkpoint.
but nvm had fun climbin up the cliffs and things although was abit nt well thought out and DANGEROUS -.-
this morning quiet time oso quite gd. let everi one reflect and stuff =D
also had the arts fest! ha our grp's plae was stupid -.- but nvm brought humour to ppl =D so its all gd! self sacrifice for a happy team! =X
hm was oso appointed IC for nxt dae full dae expedition =0 den hav to start planning. and got briefed by the instructor.
planning was quite long. measure distance estimate time and then had to consider the expedition objective. i think the objective part was hard. who wouldnt want fun. but hm in the end still chose the long one. and at least we made it =)
7/9dae of expedition! wake up den hm PT was nothing. since full dae of stretchin ur muscles.throughout the expedition i was just hm a part of the team? in the center of the diamond formation thing and hm abit frustrated and stressed? cannot get everione together to form the diamond shape and tt was a danger to everione =/
ha but it was nice =D going through the mangrove. getting lost in it. seeing ppl capsize. even me n miowde getting stuck while u-turning. something to learn for everione =D but everione carried on. and in the end it was instinct and nt the map tt led us to the sea ^^
throughout the expedition hm groups of the team were entertainin each other =D gd stuff! PEOPLE ORIENTATED LEADERSHIP!
den there was also the sweeper and the markers pushing ppl forward! PRODUCT ORIENTATED LEADERSHIP!
and then there was me no choice raft up ppl from time to time to get into diamond shap! PROCEDURE ORIENTATED LEADERSHIP!
lol this 3 p leadership was realli nice to talk about tt night after completin the full dae expedition one hour earli =D everi grp of ppl supporting the various P was saying about how impt their process was =.=
b4 slpt was painting our gr8 big masterpiece didnt realli draw much. did a small little corner and then hm was left outside starring at others make a super abstract piece o.o
yay! nxt dae last dae. so hm slp in gandhi watch de dorm. and eh after one round of murderer =0 i slp liao -.- and hm srry to spancer and ppl who eh i mayb kope ur blankets when i slept =X

PT was hm nice again!
den jetty jump! wa scary leaping off. nt the heights but eh the board =/ is freaky -.- standin at the edge.
hm quite cannot bear to leave the place. everithing we saw had our memory in it the canteen. how fast we washed and lay out utensils. the dorm, inverse tower,rockwall,kayaks,Kilimajaru learning room.
discuss as a grp wat we learnt and then slideshow of all the photos -.- hai theres one pic of me presentin the eh expedition thing =.=
oki =D back to mainland and eh time to apply wat we learnt into sch life!
hm hope everione enjoyed this camp =D all the ijc ppl who went! and to the instructors choon and hiap lu! thanks alot =D we made this happen together ^^
wa just also go for guitar rehearsal.den super messy. 19 ppl squeeze one room and wa i make ALOT of mistake -.- cos nvr practice and still hav changes made to the score =/
hai but we oso bcome like public exhibit at the end of the practice lor. went into the display area to "perform" and ppl stare thru the glass door =.= hai those ppl save 8 dollar lor dun nid buy ticket can watch performance le =X
oki off to practice more and slp =D work will start tmr!
eh i hope my pw grp is doing well too =X srry i disappeared. but dun wrry PW was a topic in OBS too! -.-
